What does the final cleaning of the flat cost?
The final cleaning is already included in the offer price.

What does the local tax cost per person?
Until May 2025, the local tax costs € 2.20 per person/day (aged 16 and over).
From May 2025, the local tax per person/day (aged 16 and over) will increase to € 2.60.

Is there a short stay surcharge or a minimum length of stay?
No, there is no short stay surcharge. 

From what time can we move into the flat on arrival?
The flat can be occupied from 3 pm on the day of arrival.

By what time do we have to leave the flat on the day of departure?
We ask that the flat is vacated by 9 am on the day of departure.

How does the deposit work and when/how do we have to pay the remaining amount?
As soon as the deposit amount has been credited to our account (payment term 14 days), the booking is confirmed. You can then pay the remaining amount directly on site in cash, by bank transfer or by EC/credit card.

Who is our contact person if questions or problems arise?
Your contact person is Hermann Mariacher, the landlord of the flats. He can be reached either on site or by telephone +43 664 1144461.

Is there a left-luggage office if we want to arrive earlier or leave later?
In the event that you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, you are welcome to leave your luggage in our accommodation.

How many free parking spaces are available per flat?
There are 2 parking spaces per flat available to our guests.

Is there an e-charging station for electric cars at the flat house?
Yes, we have an e-charging station at the house that our guests can use.

Is there a ski depot with ski boot dryer for each flat?
Yes, there is a shared ski room with ski boot dryer for the guests of our house.

Are cots and highchairs provided free of charge?
Cots and highchairs are of course available on request.

Are pets allowed, if so, how much do pets cost per day?
You are welcome to take your dog with you on holiday. There is a charge of € 10,- per day/pet.

Is there free W-LAN in the house?
Yes, the W-LAN network is available to our guests free of charge throughout the house.

Are the TVs in the flats Smart TVs?
Yes, the TVs in the flats are all Smart TVs.

Are all flats non-smoking flats? 
Yes, smoking is not permitted in our flats.

Is there a bread roll service for the flats?
You can order a bread roll service for your flat on request.

Are bed linen, towels and tea towels included?
Yes, bed linen, towels + table linen are already provided in each flat, you do not need to bring these items with you.

How are the kitchens equipped?
Our flat kitchens include the following equipment: Oven, microwave, kettle, fully automatic coffee machine, bin bags, washing-up liquid, tabs for the dishwasher and tea towels.
